Activities

Vulindlela Bush Camp offers a wide selection of activities, perfect for any camp or event. Groups can select from the following activities:

- Foefie Slide:
Glide over the banks of a real African Bush river as you take the leap on our famous Foefie Slide. A must for any camp or team building day!

- Obstacle Course:
Test your physical & mental ability as you negotiate our innovative and challenging course.

- Orienteering:
Turn your hand to navigation with our unique orienteering course. Armed with map & compass, teams can compete against each other in a battle against the clock and the compass!

- Tree Abseiling:
Another of our most popular activities, our tree climb promises to be one of the highlights for any group. Climb to the top branches of our giant 21 metre tall gum tree and take the ride of your life as our trained professional staff lower the ropes as you abseil down.

- Tractor Rides:
perfect for any age, our Tractor rides take you through nearby farmland & the historc battlefields of the Northern Natal. Or take in the views from Mpati Mountain as you enjoy a leisurely tour.

- Camp Fires, Braai & Marshmallows:
What could be better than enjoying the evenings in our amphitheatre where the warmth of the fire will provide an excellent place to sing songs & enjoy the night air.

- Team Building Games & Activities:
We offer a number of different team building games & activities which are ever changing throughout the year. These range from "Atom Transfer", a challenging skill based game where teams must work as one to safely relocate a live atom to the security of the "safe zone" to "Raging River" where teams must negotiate an imaginary river crossing using only the tools they are provided...without getting wet!

- Sports:
Tennis, soccer, and volleyball are just some of the many sports we offer

- Crafts & Visual Arts

- Frisbee Golf:
Try your Frisbee skills at our Frisbee Golf Course. With challenging "holes" located around the camp, your group can then later try a game of "Ultimate Frisbee", a fantastic team event that will be fun for all levels of fitness.

- Hiking:
Vulindlela Bush Camp is located at the base of Mpati mountain, which offers fantastic views and a number of trails to the top.

- Horseback Riding, Bouncing Castles, Zorb Balls & Slippery Slides can also be organised on request.
